From the hospital chargemaster to the insurance carrier's claims department. From broker negotiations to PBM contracts. From selling insurance and building PPO networks to negotiating stop-loss coverage on behalf of employers.

For the past 22 years, I've owned and operated my own Third Party Administrator (TPA). That experience gave me a front-row seat to exactly how the game is truly played — and how much Plans are quietly overpaying.

Today, everything has changed.

I no longer work for brokers, carriers, TPAs, hospitals, or any other vendor. I work exclusively as an independent strategic advisor to the Plan's fiduciary — helping Plan Sponsors protect plan assets, oversee vendors, and fulfill their fiduciary responsibilities.

My mission is simple: Give Plan fiduciaries the independent counsel they need to evaluate reimbursement demands, challenge unreasonable costs, and govern the Plan with confidence.
